With rods in hand and determination in our hearts, we ventured into the wild, prepared to face both the elements and the challenge of landing the season’s most coveted catch.

At first, everything was going perfectly: the crisp autumn air, a refreshing river, and great company. But things took a turn when my phone unexpectedly sank into the river. The current was so strong that even divers couldn’t retrieve it. You’d think that such a mishap could ruin the mood, right? Not this time! We decided not to let it get us down and kept enjoying our fishing trip.

And guess what? The catch made it all worth it! We caught several beautiful salmon, with one of them being a real trophy: a 99 cm male salmon became the star of the weekend! This catch exceeded all our expectations and reminded us why we love this hobby so much. The thrill of the outdoors, the rush of adrenaline, and the incomparable joy when you feel a big one on the line.

The autumn colors surrounding us, the peace, and the time spent with close friends made this weekend unforgettable, despite a few surprises like the lost phone. It reminded us once again that true value lies not in things but in experiences and moments that bring us closer together. I’m especially happy for those who caught their first salmon and had an amazing time!

This weekend gave me far more than I could have hoped for – great catches and new stories that we’ll cherish until the next fishing season. I believe even bigger adventures await in the future, but this season’s end was simply unforgettabled.
